Since 1st December 2001 our new apartment house “Dr. Krainer” with its 3 exclusive apartments is there for your enjoyment and relaxation in a very special way.

The apartment house is just in front of our other apartment house “Christina”, in a sunny and silent area in the centre of Bad Kleinkirchheim. The thermal bath “Römerbad” and the cable car “Kaiserburg” are in walking distance to our houses.

Each apartment is very leisurely and well furnished. Each of them has a large entrance, an open kitchen with dishwasher, a cosy dining recess, a spacious living room equipped with kable TV, Hifi-System, fireplace and
a southwards constructed balcony.

There is a playroom and wellnessroom including sauna, whirlpool and shower in each apartment, as well as deckchairs for your own gardenterrace.

A central situated solarium in the basement floor will offer you a nice tan whenever you feel like.

Apartment 1 and 3 have 2 large bedrooms in the first floor and will offer enough place for 4-6 persons.

Apartment 2 has an extra bedroom in the attic and will provide enough space for 8 to 10 persons. Extra beds for children and a baby chair will be there, if there is any need.

Each apartment is equipped with enough dishes, sheets and towles.
