The two exclusive holiday homes Christina and Dr. Krainer are located in one of the most beautiful places in Bad Kleinkirchheim, quiet and in a sunny south-facing position with a wonderful panoramic view.

The thermal Römerbad and the Kaiserburgbahn, a great bakery, restaurants and supermarkets are just a few minutes’ walk from the house.

Bad Kleinkirchheim has something to offer in every season of the year: Whether thermal baths or skiing pleasure, lake experiences or mountain adventures: discover your personal sunshine moment in the heart of the Carinthian Nockberge, on the sunny side of the Alps! You can be physically active on the 18-hole golf course, the countless hiking trails or mountain bike routes.

Each apartment has a particularly cozy atmosphere and is extremely tastefully furnished.
In the Christina house there are 3 apartments, each with one bedroom – in the Dr. Krainer are also 3 holiday apartments – these have 2 or 3 bedrooms and the highlight: All 3 apartments have their own sauna, jacuzzi and children’s play room in the basement!
